Head strong for youth ages 12-18

Head Strong operates out of The Collingwood Youth Centre. This program supports young people with their mental health as well as everyday challenges.

Any young person 12 or older can ask for and receive mental health support without parental consent.  Mental health support is accessible to people between the ages of 12 and 18 at The Collingwood  Youth Centre as a result of a partnership with The Collingwood General and Marine Foundation and several like minded mental health professionals. Other financial supporters include The Collingwood Blues, RBC Wealth Management, and many generous members of the community.
